Shipping and delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and other factors. Darkerberry Designs is not responsible for any delays or damages caused during the shipping process. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
5. Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at sales@darkerberrydesigns.com within the specified return period. Please include your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.
